At Our Core: Integrity

Our team is comprised of passionate, thoughtful, and highly skilled professionals who have industry and domain expertise.

We're inspired by what you have sacrificed to build your company. And we stay true to our ethics.  Far too many firms take advantage of companies that believe they are ready to sell; while in all actuality, some businesses won't command the highest potential value in today's market.

Our logic is simple: Success is rooted in establishing relationships with clients, learning their business, understanding the current marketplace, and determining if they’re ready to be sold before launching campaigns.

We talk to potential sellers every day in the mid-market IT industry. We are selective. And we never on-board more than four sellers per month.

He holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Dayton.

“Within two months of engaging IT ExchangeNet, we closed the sale of our Staffing Division — and were very pleased with the outcome. My colleagues and I believe in this platform, and have witnessed how incredibly efficient it is to buy and sell smaller, mid-market IT-enabled businesses.”
