Founder & CEO
Tim leads all strategic growth initiatives and operations for IT ExchangeNet.
Prior, he was a principal with martinwolf, one of world's leading IT advisory firms. From 2005 - 2011, Tim was CEO of Phylogy, a Silicon Valley tech startup offering groundbreaking broadband technology to telephone carriers around the world. By 2010, Phylogy was ranked 243rd on the Inc. 500 list of fastest growing companies in the United States. The company was acquired by Actelis Networks in March 2011.
In the early 90s, Tim capitalized on the Internet's growing commercial applications as co-founder and CEO of Vantage One Communications, where he and his team accomplished numerous "firsts" by uniting non-linear communications with the untapped muscle of the worldwide web. While at Vantage One, he was named Entrepreneur of the Year by USA TODAY / NASDAQ / Ernst & Young and received the Pillar Award for community service from the Small Business Network. After expanding his firm nationally, martinwolf sold Vantage One in November 1999.
In between Vantage One and Phylogy, Tim turned to public service as Cleveland, Ohio's Deputy Mayor / Chief Development Officer, leading initiatives in city planning, building and housing, and economic development that resulted in over $1 billion of development throughout the region.
A life-long musician, Tim serves on the Boards of the Rock-n-Roll Hall of Fame & Museum (where he Chairs its Technology Committee), DigitalC (a civic tech collaboration in Northeast Ohio), and Union Home Mortgage. He holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Dayton.
Amanda leads seller relations as Marketplace Director and manages all operations for IT ExchangeNet. In addition, Amanda is also the Executive Assistant to IT ExchangeNet's CEO Tim Mueller.
Prior to joining IT ExchangeNet, Amanda worked at The Riverside Company, a private equity firm with more than $7 billion in assets under management. There, she supported 15 private equity professionals on the Micro-Cap team. Before joining Riverside, Amanda managed and supported legal cases and operations for 10 years at the offices of a Cleveland-area law firm. During that time, her work was comprised of on-the-clock professional client services, managing multi-million dollar settlements.
In her community, Amanda serves as the Treasurer to Sister2Sister, a non-profit organization that supports homeless women in the City of Cleveland. Her strong managerial and operational skills have helped Sister2Sister accomplish its financial goals and organizational objectives.
Madeline leads all business development and marketing for our sister firm, 3D ExchangeNet.
Prior to 3D ExchangeNet, Madeline served 3 years as Director of New Business Development for IT ExchangeNet. Expanding the market with dedicated R&D, establishing new processes, and effectuating positive change throughout IT ExchangeNet's brand identity landed her the critical role of Managing Director for 3D ExchangeNet. She continues to work alongside the ITX team.
Previously, Madeline was the Director of Business Development at Cleveland SCENE Magazine, and also worked as the Sales & Business Development Manager at Omni Media, Inc, both in Cleveland, Ohio. With experience in marketing, media, networking, and mobilizing community, Madeline founded JCLE in 2010, a nonprofit program through the Cleveland Hillel Foundation. Now, JCLE is a platform in the Cleveland community, hitting its 10-year mark celebrating unique opportunities for young professionals and graduate students in the area.
Madeline formerly sat on the Jewish Big Brother Big Sister Association of Cleveland's Advisory Board of Bellefaire JCB. Madeline chaired JBBBSA's Strategic Growth Initiative co-chaired their annual event, Bowl for Kid's Sake.
Madeline was selected among a handful of innovative social entrepreneurs during her time in Jerusalem, Israel, as a Global PresenTense Fellow in 2010. In 2011, she worked as a consultant and event planner to tech start-ups in Tel Aviv, Israel.
Director, New Business Development
Prior to IT ExchangeNet, Alec worked as an associate equity analyst at Longbow Research, an independent research firm providing tactical research to institutional investors. Covering the restaurant and lodging sectors, he authored research reports for investors and produced databases of contacts for channel research. Before joining Longbow Research, Alec worked at Stratos Wealth Partners as an associate financial planner under three wealth management advisors. At Stratos, he assisted in asset allocation of client’s investments, and the preparation of financial plans for individuals and families.
Alec spends his time outside of IT ExchangeNet as a CrossFit coach at CrossFit Distinction in Beachwood, OH. Obtaining his CF-L1 certificate in December of 2016, he has been helping people of all ages better themselves and progress in a healthier lifestyle — physically and mentally.
Alec obtained a Bachelor’s of Science in Finance from John Carroll University. While pursuing his degree, he was able to experience global studies by spending his Sophomore year Spring semester at Regent’s University in London.
Amol Rathi has vast experience in the areas of investment research, strategy formulation, business management related consultancy.
Before joining ITX, Amol was director at Transact Global Mergers and Acquisition, a Los Angeles based investment bank. Transact was focused on Indo-US transaction in technology space and Amol was spearheading Transact's India operations for five years. Prior to that, Amol was Vice President at Gulf Equity, Los Angeles based business consulting firm.
Previously, Amol was working as an AVP for Copal Partners, Delhi based investment bank. He also worked at SG Analytics, a Pune based equity research and transaction services company for three years. Previously, Amol was an Investment Consultant for Motilal Oswal Securities Ltd. He was one of the founding members of the Commodity Desk in Pune region.
More recently, Amol has been involved in fundraising and M&A consulting for private as well as public companies globally.
Amol has expertise in various stages of transaction from screening to overlooking due diligence, managing expectations of all stake holders and finally negotiation in the area of M&A advisory. He has a BS in General Science and holds an MBA with major in Finance from University of Pune. Amol resides in Pune, India.
