About Us

As fellow entrepreneurs, we recognize what you've built. You've sacrificed unconditionally and logged thousands of hours to create a valuable business that will thrive under new ownership. It's our job to identify buyers who will satisfy the economic building blocks of a deal, honor their commitments, and provide an environment for you and your employees to continue prospering.

Leadership

Leadership isn't about titles, positions, or flow charts. It's about one person guiding others. At ITX, we guide sellers through a process backed by proven results. Lead by an entrepreneur who has founded, acquired, and sold three technology businesses during the last 25 years, IT ExchangeNet's leadership team has the subject matter expertise to connect qualified buyers with middle-market clients seeking the sale of their IT-enabled businesses.

Throughout the last 20 years, clients have described our team as trusted, strategic, persistent dedicated, experienced, savvy, flexible, disciplined, thorough, and communicative.

We couldn't be more proud.
